- Early Expansion: A Credit Analyst and a dedicated Mortgage Underwriting Department are added, enhancing our ability to assess risk and provide tailored solutions.
- Significant Growth: The team expands substantially, welcoming more Underwriters and Case Managers. We begin underwriting residential and second charge lending, supporting over 250 key brokers, introducers and professionals.
